The person behind wesleycodes.

I've been a software engineer since 2017, working across fintech and financial products, e-commerce, automotive, security and authentication, and education. The common thread: the code had to scale and stay easy to maintain.

Today I work with React 19 and TypeScript, modernizing a B2B e-commerce and fintech platform for pharmaceutical retail. The workflow uses AI agents from ticket analysis through testing and code review. Before that, at Mirae Asset, I designed the brokerage's investment app architecture in Flutter from the ground up.

I hold an MBA in Project Management, which helps me look at the business beyond the task. wesleycodes is where I share what I learn along the way: real decisions, real mistakes and what actually works in production.

B2B e-commerce & fintech for pharmaceutical retail · Remote

Evolving the Mercado Farma platform with a focus on React, TypeScript, frontend architecture and code quality.

Built the B2B credit module for pharmacies from scratch: token auth, credit simulation and contracting wizards for POS and back office.
Led the multi-brand Integrated Navigation (filters, homepage, listings and fixed header) and the self-service sign-up with OTP verification.
Shipped critical checkout features behind feature flags, such as automatic order recovery and multi-BU coupons with blocklists.
Maintain test coverage with Vitest and Testing Library, a CI-validated design system and observability with Datadog RUM.
